Manager, Research and Strategy

LOCATION

• New York (New York City)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct mobile/telecom related research.  Interpret and analyze research results to offer strategic directions.

• Maintain contacts and relationships with existing business partners.  Forge new relationships and partnerships with key corporate entities. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 5 or more years of experience in business development; preferably in telecommunication or IT industry.
• Experience in development and implementation of strategies and contract negotiations.
• Strong interests in wireless communication business or contents business.
• Possess creative mind with entrepreneurial spirit that can think outside the box to deliver new business models.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly that lead to the formation of valuable business relationships.
• Native level English with business level Japanese.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
